model and patron Shianxiu wanted me to finally check out the Formula Drift Show in New
Jersey.
I had no idea how hot it was on June 14 2008. As you can see, these models were
being soldiers as I passed out in the air-conditioned deluxe bed in the Nitto Trailer.
Needless to say, I missed the show but had a good nap.

In NYC, visiting my mother in Long Island, visiting my family, Mid-town, Uptown, poolside, investor meetings, and most important times. I only had time to change shoes and little details. The dress worked out in all my situations.

I had been dreaming of all the clothes for the charactors who are innocent spirits within children born in this earth. I see clothes as magnificant facades that shield our mosts vulnerable desire to be loved for who we Are and not what we Seem.

measure your full hips, then measure your back side only...so if your full hip is 34....your butt is half 17 + 2" more or less depending on your proportions......divide in half which is 19 divided by 2=9.5"...this is important to put a dart ....divide 9.5" and you'll get 4.75"...mark with pin...along each side put a pin 1/2" away. This is the wide part of a dart..(a dart shapes your curves). Get a t-square ruler or square book
and place in the middle of the dart....measure 4 inches down. Pin to mark. Fold the top of the dart(widest part) making sure to match the two pins that are 1/2' away from the middle one to the disappearing point. Sew...you made a dart
sew your side seams, it should look like a dart...or pin to fit..sew!!!you are almost done..

add a pocket...I just draped a shell like thing for fun...you can add a square one...fold in 1/2" pin to skirt where you like it. Sew!!!

Because it is stretchy, no zipper, just turn it over twice and sewing a straight pretty line. The hem is already done.
The hardest part is what socks and shoes to wear... and shirt...hair...lipgloss..and attitude...happy sewing!!!

I thank all my clients who are amazing humans, who had appreciated all the work I've done.

They remind me that what I do serves a higher purpose than the cloth, but the process of love and dedication I put in all my clothes.

Sometimes love is not perfect but they know I put my soul into the pieces.

They remind me what I am here for and I am lucky to have met them.

May you all find beauty in love, compassion, and the power to forgive people who can

not see the world with gratitude.

They need to learn on their own path that only love and kindness not aggression or ego will give them their own desires- which is inner peace.

I find myself sewing til 6am the other night after coming home from two parties on Valentines Day. I had been helping a new fashion designer Jaime Germandia. She is a beautiful and smart girl. We've been working on a dreamy couture dress for two weeks for a photoshoot. I love good ideas.
I guess I love what I do too much.

Draping a Dress for Formula Drift Model Shianxiu

This is my most exciting latest project. Shianxiu was inspired by her journey to Hong Kong and picked out some fabrics for her next look.
She came over and it was most fun draping the fabric and feeling out the look in her eye when I arrange the fabric. It seemed to come alive that way. Clothes are spiritual for me and I am always attempting to match each person's own beautiful soul.

Currently Nitto Tire Formula Drift Model and is pursuing her acting career in Los Angeles. She is playing a nerdy secretary in a law firm. The movie has stars like Robert Downey Junior.

She just came back from Hong Kong and worked in Los Angeles.
However she lives in and loves Seattle.
She brought me some fabrics at Hong Kong and is awaiting her unique pieces, getting ready for the red carpet event.

I was recommended by a dear friend of mines who met Lari Brooke, an erotic actress who needed a special dress for the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. She loved the dress so much we are good friends now.
I met Eric Apoe when I just started playing guitar in front of people in a coffee shop.
One look and I knew he had some stories to tell. However each story never ceases to amaze you and then leads into a phrase that leads you to wonder what other stories he has to say. He has a deep baritone voice and always has deep thoughts behind his lyrics. One day he called me and said he saw cat prints in a fabric store and asked if I can sew the shirt. After many hours staring at these strange alien cat eyes staring at me, I wondered why he HAD to have this shirt print. He said to show a little fun because everyone takes themself so seriously in the music industry.
He played with legendary Doug Kershew in the Triple Door, consequently, the tickets were sold out.

For unlike playing music or painting, it requires full energy.
